Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) – A Message to Our Customers Regarding Inside Delivery

December 3, 2020 5:30 P.M. EST (Updated March 19, 2021 12:00 P.M. EST)

To Our Valued Customers,

Over the past several months, we have taken many steps to ensure business continuity while providing a safe and secure environment for drivers and customers across the country. Our generous geographic coverage and nimble business model have helped to minimize supply chain disruptions, despite rapidly changing dynamics in various markets around the United States.

Recent spikes and rising cases of COVID-19 have resulted in local and state guidelines that are changing daily. Through continuous evaluation and monitoring of these trends, and with consideration for the well-being of our extensive partner network, we have decided to temporarily suspend all services that require a driver to enter a residence in several markets across the United States.

EFW will still perform no-contact, residential deliveries. Shipments in affected areas will automatically be updated to our To the Door (TD) service level.

We will continue to monitor the situation in real-time and modify our services with consideration for the latest federal, state, and local requirements, as well as the safety and health of all parties. The most up to date market information will be posted on this page.

These changes currently impact the following markets and surrounding areas:

Albany, GA
Albuquerque, NM
Billings, MT
Bozeman, MT
Buffalo, NY
Chicago, IL
Cincinnati, OH
Columbus, OH
Dayton, OH
Denver, CO
Detroit, MI
Fort Wayne, IN
Harrisburg, PA
Indianapolis, IN
Los Angeles, CA
Las Vegas, NV
Philadelphia, PA
San Diego, CA
Sacramento, CA
Salt Lake City, UT
San Francisco, CA
South Bend, IN

We appreciate your patience as we navigate these rapidly changing market conditions. If you have any specific questions, please contact your EFW account manager.

With sincere gratitude for our partnership,

Scott Fisher

President/CEO Estes Forwarding Worldwide
