Aug 21, 2020Clapping Hands

EFW and Estes Express Lines jointly announced that Michael Campese will be joining Estes Forwarding Worldwide as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  EFW is pleased to welcome someone who has been such a strong supporter and friend of Estes Forwarding Worldwide since it was founded in 2003.

Mr. Campese has been part of the Estes Express Lines team for 21 of his 29 years in transportation, with most of that time spent in Sales. He started as an Account Manager in Atlanta, Georgia and went on to hold leadership roles in Customer Information Solutions, Sales Support, Sales Training & Development, Corporate Customer Care, Inside Sales, and Field Sales. Mr. Campese left the Sales team in 2011 to lead a complex, organizational change in the Estes Express Lines organization merging teams and functions from three different areas of the business, creating what is now the Administration department.

Michael served as Vice President of Administration & Customer Experience for 7 years.  For the past three years in his role as Vice President of Customer Integration, he has been focused on creating a better, more connected experience for Estes Express Lines customers, leveraging technologies like the Kuebix Transportation Management System. In this role, he was part of the Sales leadership team with a core mission of creating, growing and preserving direct customer relationships for Estes.

With this strategic addition to the EFW team comes a few changes in executive responsibility, allowing for more organizational focus and alignment.  Lance Harcrow will become Senior Vice President of Operations, adding International Services and Truckload Brokerage under his leadership.

Mr. Campese will join EFW in mid-September and will report to Scott Fisher, CEO of Estes Forwarding Worldwide.
