Bill Madden,
Director, Information Technology

Bill Madden joins EFW as the director of IT, overseeing our technology platform and services. Bill has been in the transportation and logistics industry for 11 years. In his most recent position, he was responsible for new-product development at GetLoaded.com. Before that, Bill spent 10 years with Overnite/UPS Freight and was responsible for all online customer-facing technology. In this capacity, he was responsible for the design and implementation of award-winning websites. Earlier in Bill’s career, he spent time with Circuit City Stores, where he ran a regional repair facility of 67 employees before he moved to corporate to work in the service and distribution division. Bill grew up outside of New York City and moved to Virginia to attend the University of Richmond, where he earned a degree in economics. Bill also holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
